Reporting a file that won't open

Please don't send us your real file. It contains personal information. Instead, tell us:

• which tool you used
• which app and phone made the file (for example "Contacts on a Samsung phone, Android 15")
• the message the tool showed
• your browser and device

That's usually enough for us to recreate the problem with a made-up test file.
