Privacy policy

In short: we never receive your files. Every ToolkitHere tool runs inside your browser. The files you open, their names and their contents stay on your device.

Your files

When you add a file to a tool, your browser reads and converts it on your device. Nothing is uploaded: the file is never sent to ToolkitHere or to anyone else. We cannot see it, store it or share it. When you close the page, the file and any results are cleared from the page's memory. Seehow it works for the technical details and how to check this yourself.

What we collect

• Hosting. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, handles every request for our pages. To deliver the site and protect it from attacks, Cloudflare processes technical details such as your IP address, browser type and the page you asked for. How long it keeps them is set out in Cloudflare's privacy policy. We don't use these details to identify you, and they never contain your files.
• No analytics. We don't use analytics or tracking tools. If we add them later, we will update this page first, and they will never record file names or contents.
• No accounts. We don't ask for your name, email or any sign-up.

Cookies

ToolkitHere doesn't set cookies. The Chat Export Viewer remembers one setting, your bubble colour (Blue or Green), in your browser's local storage. It stays on your device and is never sent to us. If we add ads, we will update this page first, and ask for your consent before any advertising cookies are set where the law requires it.

Advertising

ToolkitHere doesn't show ads at the moment. If we add them, we will describe here which ad provider we use and what it collects. Ads will never appear inside or next to your results, and ad code will never have access to your files.

Children

ToolkitHere is a general-audience tool and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
