- The tools run on your device. We never receive your files.

Your responsibilities
- Only open files you have the right to use.
- Check important results. Converted files are copies made for convenience.
- Keep your own original files. ToolkitHere does not store anything for you.
No warranty
The tools are provided "as is". We work hard to make them accurate, but we can't promise every file will be read perfectly. A PDF or spreadsheet made with ToolkitHere is a readable copy, not a certified or legal record.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, ToolkitHere is not liable for any loss arising from using the tools, including lost or incorrect data.
